Flood Light

What flood light bulb lamp my maximum power when more than 1 appears on the warning label?
I know I May exceed the maximum power on the warning label, but I can say is the maximum for the label on top of my lamp Pocket integrated cons floods. The label said: "60W.A (symbol followed by a standard light bulb); 90W.PAR 38 100W.R40 (followed by a flood bulb) symbol MAX.
100W.R40, if you use a bulb R40. 60W A if you use a (standard) bulb. Thus, for a 90W PAR 38 PAR 38 style bulb. They list for different types of bulbs. R40 bulbs have a thicker glass than normal, making them safer for great powers. You can also use a compact fluorescent high power equivalent.
